The membership automatically reserves space for your range of dancers/routines, and you can wait to begin your registration when you are ready.

New This Year
Transcend Premier is a new loyalty program designed to reserve your spot at a future Transcend regional event and offer extra perks to our premier members! Our goal is to provide the highest caliber event to our dancers and studios, which includes reasonable registration cut offs. This season, in the aftermath of COVID-19, we are initially enforcing stricter capacity limits until 2021 guidelines for live events become clear. We want to make sure you are able to reserve a guaranteed spot, and even receive extra discounts for doing so!

Terms & Conditions
- Transcend Premiere is available for studio directors/owners only.
- Each city’s capacity will fill up based on Transcend Premiere reservations (incomplete registrations without a reservation will no longer be taken into account). Each city’s capacity is updated weekly and can be found on the regional tour dates page.
- It is recommended that studio directors reserve space early as space is limited. We recommend that individual dancers (or small groups not reserving space through Transcend Premiere) fully register as early as possible to ensure space is available.
- Deposits are fully refundable until September 6th in case your plans change!
- Studios that have reserved space with Transcend Premiere must have a registration started (may be incomplete) by September 10th. Initial Reservation Deposit will be applied to the registration before any other discounts, and prior to final payment. Final Fees must be paid by the 30-day studio registration deadline listed on each city’s page.
Registration
- You may reserve your spot above now and the deposits are fully refundable if you choose not to attend! Keep in mind that once it’s time to complete your registration – you will need an account, since Transcend regional events are submission based!
- If you have received an invitation as a studio, or attend an invited studio: there is no need to submit to receive an account! Studios may register the full studio or individual students any time. If you have not previously attended Transcend, simply email info@transcendtour.com for your account information.
- If your studio didn’t receive an invitation, or you prefer to attend individually: be sure to fill out a submission form HERE to gain access to Transcend registration. Once you have an account, you do not need to submit for future seasons or events.
